hey my friend has a 97 taurus with the p0133 code. i was wondering if someone could tell me what the code means.. is it the same as a f-150 0133 code? i just wasnt sure if all makes n models have the same numbers for same problems. thanks guys

As JMC indicated, the codes will mean the same.
On the bull, this means the upstream (pre-cat) sensor on the firewall side is getting lazy.
I'd suggest replacing both upstream sensors if they're the same age.
