Are my u-joints going out?

I have a 2000 f150 with 80000 miles on it, with the 5.4L and 4r70w tranny. My question is when i go to stop with my truck there is a clunk like something is loose in the rear end. And then when i take off it does it again. It seems to me like something is loose back there. Also sometimes if i turn real sharp like in a parking lot it makes the same noise. Any thoughts on this Thanks

Most likey it is the U-joints. Because I went through that process at about 60000 and it is not too bad to do. Get the U-joints with the grease zerk.
