Tranny Question

Hey guys,
I went on a vacation to the mountains last weekend and when my truck would down shift when going about 70 the rpms would run up a little too much and then the transmission would catch bring them down a little. Is this transmission slippage? My truck is a 2000 f150, 4x4, 5.4, 4r70w, with around 130,000 miles. I do regular oil changes with the tranny and engine and always use Royal Purple with the tranny. Can anyone give me some info on what may be wrong?

Brett

Sounds more like a control function fault.
There should be some code set if it does it enough times.
