mrk 1 fiesta clunking noise wen shifting up

i have a 1983/84 mrk 1 fiesta with 60000 miles on the clock,
recently every time i change up or as soon as the clutch is pressed down theres a clunking noise ,and it happen aging once changed gear and pulled the clutch up.
engine mountings,cv joints and wishbones are all ok,any ideas ?thanks

it sounds like worn wishbone bushings wen u go over bumps but it isnt that,although it does do it when i go over road humps,[or big bumps,]probably just vibration?
i was thinking it may be engine mountings and wen i tested this the engines moves bk bout 15-20mm,is this acceptable?
