Thump tranny
Hello,
My 2000 F150 (5.4) with auto tranny and 101,000 miles developed a strange condition today. I just had the basic tranny service done at 100,000. I was towing a 17.5' aluminum bass boat today and just as I was arriving home, she started to shift a little funny. The tranny would shift with a "thud" and seemed to bog a bit and then go. Then as I was backing the boat up my driveway, and it sounded as if the truck was going to stall, but never did. Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
