1998 4.6L V-8 4WD, 4wd selector switch not operating, no power to switch, checked all fuses (ok) feels like transfer case is engaged but no 4wd. Lites on dash, 4wdH, 4wdl light up at start up. The selector motor in the transfer case had been replaced in 1999. Any Ides??? Thanks Bill

 

Did you check the pneumatic piston that engages the tranfer?
Did you check if the air solenoid for the 4X4 is having the 12v signal?
Did you check the vacuum tubing to the solenoid?
