transmission shudder

Hello all,

I have a 2005 F150 KR with 2900 miles. When the transmission is downshifting while I am stopping you can feel a rapid shudder in the truck. It seems you can feel it in each gear that is downshifted and about five vibrations per shift. This isn't violent at all but I don't think it is right. Any answers from you FORD men or women would be appreciated.

Thank you
05King

All I know is that if I paid as much as you did for a new truck and it started doing something like that at less than 3000 miles, I would become very acquainted with every dealership service manager I could find until the problem was fixed or they gave me a new truck.

Should go right back to the dealer instead of coming to this board first.
