The transmission shifts into overdrive around forty or so. If you you are going up a hill, hold on because the truck shakes like a ride @ disney. Yet to call the dealer with this one, The only way I have found to stop this is not to run in over drive around town.
P.S. still have the knock

 

It's under warranty I would take it to the dealer, something is wrong.
