Rear-end bolts.....

I want to replace the rear-axle cover bolts on my '02 with chrome ones from the local Harley shop. My truck's undercoated and I think chrome bolts would look good. Can somebody tell me what threads they are? I want to take them out and replace them one at a time.

Why not remove the uppermost center bolt from the cover and get your chrome (I think stainless is better suited) bolts based on that one bolt. You also have the option of getting hex, button, or allen head bolts as well.

Good luck.

I'm with Him. Stainless bolts are easier to come by and will never rust. Polish them and they will look like chrome longer than chrome will.
