Did the bellhousing bolt patern change from the 5.0 (a' la Mustang) to the 4.6 mod motor?

In other words...

Will a 4R70W auto trans from a 97 F-150 bolt up to a 92 5.0 from a Mustang GT (to be installed in a 66 coupe)?

Yes, the bolt pattern changed from the 5.0L to the 4.6L. The transmissions won't interchange.
