Switch on clutch petal

I have a 1992 F-150 I have to push the clutch petal hard as I can to the floor to get It to crank. I suspect the switch on the linkage is it hard to replace. kamman

it should be right there behind the dash on the clutch pedal and you could bypass it rather than buyin a new one.you sould be able to just cut the wires and stick em together.
