transmission problem ?

My 2000 F-150 4x4 is showing a PO 743. Torque converter circuit failure. Anyone have any idea of where to start to cure this?

Thanks

See P0743 diagnosis at the following link:

"Faulty solenoid, circuit, PCM".

If you have a 4r100 transmission then note this:

F150online:

Good luck!
