Smile Noobie kid with a question help

Alright here's the deal im 16 so you might be thinking hey, he's a little boy what does he know. well, you're right not much. So here's my question. I was wondering (since my truck is automatic) if there was any way to convert it to standard? It is a 1998 F-150 with the 4.6L V8 with some tiny little mods uhhhh K&N FIJPK, Magnaflow system, mass airflow censor, ummm 78mm throttle body, throttle body spacer, and thats about it. I dont know much about the tranny other than its automatic so if it it possible to convtert to standard for under 4 grand it would be really nice if you could help me out thanks alot.
