Hey guys

i was going home and i desided to wot the truck
And the truck began to act really weird , it wouldnt shift good
and now if i ran it in drive the trans would sound very strange
Like zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz like grindin metal really fast
when i put it in drive and press the gass it will sound like grinding metal
What is wrong with my transmission??
do i need a rebuilt??
my L has about 24000 miles
