Question Trans. slipping

I’m not sure if the problem with my truck is the same as yours but it sounds similar.
I purchased a new 2002 last year from a ford dealer. It just turned 12,000 miles and over the last 2 months I’ve notice some sort of slippage while driving. It seems to happen when I decrease in speed and the auto. Trans. goes from 3rd to 2nd then to 1st. If I step on the accelerator to return to prior speed the trans. feels like it hesitates and bucks.
I also noticed the same problem when making a right hand turn as well as a clunking noise coming from the rear end. It has been back to the ford shop twice for them to look at. The first time it was there they stated the mechanic took it for a ride and nothing happened as he drove it… Went back in 3 weeks later and they told me that they found some malfunction with a computer chip and rectify the problem.
Two visits for repairs, two lame excuses and the problem still persists.
Anybody else with the same situation???
