my buddies 93 lightning spits out fluid after sitting at an idle for 10 minutes or more.it comes out the front seal.anyone have a fix.he has tryed everything we know to try already with no luck.thanks Trai

 

Sounds like the front pump seal is coming out, or already out. This is pretty serious, sorry about the bad news. He need to drop the tranny and replace the seal, or find out where it's leaking from, but I'm betting the seal.

thanks for the info.it happened to my 94 and too afreinds 95 but a new seal and a shift kit fixed mine.we have not replaced the seal yet.will try that next i guess.thanks Trai
