Question Service intervals

My truck now has 63,000 on it, and I've serviced the trans once at 25,000. It was a complete power flush, filters, everything. I'm planning to take it in to have things done again. I'm getting conflicting stories, though. I've been told by the dealer that they do everything, flush, filters, the works every 30,000. Another mechanic told me you just alternate. Flush one time, then drop the pan and do filters the next. Which is it?

BTW, it's a `99 Eddie Bauer Expedition 4x4.

I drain my fluid (Torque Cnvert. and Pan 13 Qrts.) every 15,000 miles /or 1 year. Just to be safe, I also change the filter everytime I drop the pan. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." After all, the first thing to go out on these trucks will be the tranny, if anything goes out at all!
