4R70W Factory Tech Valve Body Installed!!!
I did not install the electronic pressure riser either because it wasn't recommended to me a few times.
Anyway, gotta remember also i've got those heavy azz HD rims (85 lbs a piece!) and rolling mass makes a bigger difference than just weight in the bed. plus the tires are quite wide
at WOT, the truck will spin off the line, but it won't chirp 2nd, but my belt chirps like a **** on the 1-2 shift, and chirps on the 2-3. not annoying sounding, pretty cool actually. LoL
if its dry out and my tires are nice and warm, i can barely spin off the line, the truck hooks and launches great
if its wet out. forget about it! My truck spins through 1st sooooo easily, spins at the 1-2 shift, and probalby will chirp 2-3. LoL
I hate driving in the rain, my tires are horrible in the wet, the azz end of the truck is all over the place.
I just got my chip back today though, i'll install that and hopefully i can chirp the 1-2 on dry pavement

Just had my 4R100 rebuilt with a Factory Tech Monster kit. A few months ago, I had installed a Transgo shift kit. After the rebuild, the shifts were very harsh. I was able to get a chirp on the 2-3 shift at 80 mph under moderate acceleration.
The accumulator valve body was replaced with Factory Tech's with the Monster kit. I went back over my Transgo installation manual and one step did recommend drilling holes in the main separator plate if they were not already larger. I can't remember if I drilled them or not. Also, the Kenne Bell chip, I'm pretty sure, raises the fluid pressure for firmer shifts. One or both of those conditions were making the shifts extra harsh with the Factory Tech valve body.
I put the original valve body kit that had been modified with the Transgo kit back into the tranny and now the shifts are very soft with a slight chirp at WOT on the 1-2 shift.
Factory Tech said that he'd send me a new separator plate and that I should get my chip reprogramed to remove the fluid pressure raise.
I'm now deciding whether to leave it as is and sell the Factory Tech valve body or to make some adjustments and put it back in.
