I am going to install a TransGo shift kit and Sonnax Valves in my 95 F-150 AODE/4R70(no W, I dont have the wide ratio). What are the torqe specs on the tranny pan, and on the VB. I have heard that I need an in. lbs. torque wrenc for the VB, can I just use a ft. lbs?
And the isntructions arent that clear, where are the Accumulators that they show in the instructions, and what gaskets do I use, 4 came with the kit. Is there a good write up of this some where, my kit didnt come with the video, I kinda wish it did.

First, you have a 4R70W. All F150s in '95 used the 4R70W. There is no such transmission as 4R70 without the W. In '95 the AODE was only used in the Mustang.
You can't accurately use a lb-ft torque wrench. You need to be able to read down to about 8-10 lb-ft and you just can't do that with those wrenchs. If you try have several Heli-coils on hand. You'll need them to repair the stripped threads that you will have.

Bestie,
Sears and Home Depot both sell in/lb torque wrenches that go below 80 in/lbs. I have a Sears model and picked it a a couple years ago for $50. They're a little higher now but not $150.
