does anyone have an opinion on this older brake controller? i found one fo sale but i dont believe the company still makes them.

my first question is it electronic or hydralic . if it is the later toss it in the garbage and buy a new one ...lol...commander is a name they've used for a long time . they still make a commander bc but they are all electronic now . a new one runs about $80 .
