Question tow package

I bought a used 97 f150 and the guy said it came with a towing package. I looked under the front and saw that it has two little radiators on each side in front of the big radiator, what exactly does the two little ones do?

and is a distribution hitch different from a regular hitch?

thanks in advance.

Left one is for tranny, right one is for power steering. A weight distributing hitch is a ball mount that has bars that attach from it to a travel trailer. These bars raise the rear of the truck and transfer that weight to the front end of the truck. That is where the weight equalizing part of it comes from.

Yea, its for the PS. The PS on most new (less than 10 yr old ) vehicles runs on the hairy edge of cavitation all the time. You'll probably notice the PS whine when you turn hard. A few degrees temperature reduction can help. Evidently the PS cooler is less expensive than a more powerful pump.
