looking to buy a front receiver for my 97 f150 with one question

Where does it mount on the frame though? Where tow hooks would be?

It mounts to the frame where the tow hooks are ( you will have to remove the tow hooks ). I have an cattle ranch bumper with the opening so easy to access.
