Anderson Hitch

Have you guys ever heard of this hitch? I have an Equalizer and love it, but hate the popping and creaking when I pull into somewhere. This looks like it stops all that and is so simple it is elegant.

Go to RV.net and click on "Forums" and search for "anderson hitch" and you should find a lot of info on it..

I didn't really follow the posts on it, as I'm not that interested in a different kind of WD hitch setup myself, but from what I did see, a lot of discussion took place!

It does look very interesting, in that chain link is used in place of WD bars.... Somehow that is supposed to distribute weight to the front axle AND control sway too??? According to the video, that's exactly what it's supposed to do, so I guess it must work..

Anyway, good luck with it and that is one thing I hear about the Equal-I-Zer brand of WD hitch that users don't like that much.. All the noise it makes...

I hear folks coming thru camp grounds all the time and sure enough, it's an Equal-I-Zer they have!
