That doesn't sound to me like you are overloading it, but you should be using a weight distribution hitch if you are towing that heavy a trailer.

i do use distribution hitch and the truck dont drop a bit,but there 700lbs hitch weight. the truck is smooth when towing.think i am ok. you guys do know what your talking about...
