i did not mean guys on this form tow over thier limt(in my home town ).do not worry it a long way from the u.s. will towing a 6000lbs tt with a 4.6 tirton and 3.75 gears rated for 6900lbs kill my truck. i tow it about 50 miles 6 times a year. i did not mean to upset anyone here. i like to hear what people have to say.
My apologies also. Your comment about maybe we should stay away came across as confrontational where you probably did not intend it as such.

I'm allowed to express my opinions just as much as you are allowed to express yours. I'm not the only one who feels this way, by the way, don't single me out.
That doesn't sound to me like you are overloading it, but you should be using a weight distribution hitch if you are towing that heavy a trailer.
