Hidden Hitch is not a factory Ford option, so it didn't come with it.

Class I and II are 1.25" reciever tube
Class I 200# up to tongue, 2000# trailer max weights
Class II 350# up to tongue, 3500# trailer max weights

Class III and IV are 2" reciever tube, class III with class IV endorsement will have a band around the outside of the reciever tube to re-enforce it for the higher weight rating. (most common)
Class III up to 500# tongue, 5000# trailer max weights
Class III w/ Class IV endorcement is up to 900# tongue, 9000# trailer max weight.
Class IV up to 1200# tongue, 12,000# trailer max weights

Class V is 2.5" reciever tube (Putnam 2" class V excepted)
Max tongue weight: 1400#'s
Max trailer weight: 14,000#'s

These numbers change with weight distribution bars.
For example most standard class III with a 10k wd bars gives you 10k capacity and 1k tongue capability or doubling the capacity.

You would be safe treating it as a class III if it has a 2" receiver box, 500/5000 without WD, 1000/10000 with WD, but don't exceed the GVWR or GCWR of the truck.
