Wider Mirrors

First thing I noticed pulling the new trailer is I can't see around it. Was wondering what others have done in this situation.

Was also wondering if there is anyway to retrofit the superduty extending mirrors on our f105s. I have an '07 btw.

Thanks,

Go into the 04 up section. Ford now has an option for towing mirrors that look like the Super-duty mirrors. Not cheap to replace, but can be done. Also in the Ford accessories catalog, there are extensions for your existing mirrors.

I have been using the Ford accessory extension mirrors for about 5 years when towing our 27 foot TT and they have worked great. I tried a few other aftermarket ones before buying these and they were mostly junk.

Thanks guys. I ended up buying some of the factory style snap on extensions. The factory tow mirrors are neat but I really can't justify the expense. Glad to hear others have the extensions and like them!

I have a set of the CIBA "slide ons" that work pretty well for me.
