They are the only Goose Neck system we will install. They also make a companion to add 5th wheel capabilities. They also lay flat when not in use so you will have full use of the bed.
Price should be about $450-500 installed.

As you read the installation instructions and do what it says, you should be done in about 1.5hrs. The only real specialty tool that most people do not have is a 4" hole saw. If you want to install your own, have the company that sells the hitch drill the 4" hole for you. The chain ties holes will need to be drilled after the hitch is in to determine the correct position.

Applications require no frame drilling...perfect fit...awesome customer service.
Should I go on?

The hitch is rated for 30,000lbs. They have been tested to failure at waaay beyond this rating.
We haul a wedge deck to pick up trailers at 25,000lbs

EDIT: Their hitches are constantly being updated to be universal for multiple years and to be easier to install.

Wha...huh?

If you mean is that too much money for installing just the hitch.....there are people who do it for less....call around. It might not be worth driving to someone cheaper depending on how far away they are.

Huh? If you mean the price for a hitch plus a brake controller installed?
If so...no...but maybe....it depends on the brake controller.

Hitch $350
Install $100
Prodigy $125
Wiring Harness $10
7 Pin wire plug in bed $40

TOTAL $625

It will depend on the trailer....you will have to hook up to the trailer and check it out....carefully.
