Temps towing

I was watching my temps when i was towing my boat this past week. do these seam high?

water temp around 208
Cyl head Temp Around 210.

was going 65-75 mph unloaded boat (no gear), empty truck (just me), air temp around 85, strong cross wind.

Stock 5.4, 3.55, 4x4, Screw.

Next time I will be towing in 90-100 air temp, loaded boat (full of gear), Wife and 2 kids in truck, All the stuff for a weekend at the lake...
I would guess the temps should be up around 212 to 215...

Good, Bad, Mixed?

If that was your sustained speed, then I'd say that's about right.... When I'm going 60 mph towing my #5000 'brick', my temp, as read from an aftermarket gauge, is around 195*. When I start pulling a 5% grade, my temp will go to 210* on a 90*+ day.. That's with the AC going too.

My trans temps are the same BTW...

Sounds about right to me. Those temps are what I see towing my travel brick, too. My trans temps towing are from 180-190 on flat road and 190-210 in steep hills.
