will it go

New guy here
I havent "driven a Ford lately" since my 1988 Ranger
Im shoping for a new truck and I am looking at the 07 F150

I would appreciate some input

I will be towing a 27 ft travel trailer
GVWR 7600
Empty 5900
Approx actual weight 7200
Approx actual tongue weight 900
WD hitch

Truck is F150 with 5.4 and 3.73 gears
GVWR 7200
Payload 1660
Gcvwr 15000
Tow rating 9300

Can anyone comment on my ability to tow this

hey welcome,
About towing yeah you can pull it. My '04 regularly pulls a 27'er that weighs about the same as yours, and I have 3.55:1 gears so yours will actually pull that load better than mine would. Just remember to lock out the O/D and it will feel as if it isn't even there. check my gallery to see it.

also if you mod like most of us do you'll just love it even more.

Without highjacking my own thread, can you tell me if your cold air intake mod affected your fuel mileage

If your towing regularly you'll enjoy the Super Duty F250 much more...and not even slightly stess it out....even with the 5.4
