'04 SC .. 1st (real) tow job
Towed my '99 Cobra 325 miles to the Autobahnm Raceway at Chicagoland this past weekend and was VERY pleased with the '04 SC performance. My trailers weighs in at ~1750 and the car weighs in at ~3500. ~5000 lbs of trailer weight with a full load in the bed (extra wheels/tires, jacks, ramps, tools, tanks, etc) ans this thing trailed beautifully. I trailed with the O/D on and off .... It really didn't matter.
This thing will go down the highway at 80 and you don't even know you are trailing 5000lbs ....
oh yeah ..... I got anywhere from 10-12 mpg ........ That is just as good as I get when NOT trailing ..... Go figure !!
