The first week or 2 of owning the truck everything seemed to work fine, but now every time i plug my phone in usb, it causes my phone to restart in safe mode. The only thing I have done is change out the stock speakers, but it was working right after that. I am also noticing that the bluetooth connection is acting weird. I've shut bluetooth off and had it come back on after re entering. Also compass stays pointed North from time to time. I want to swap out the factory stereo but want to be able to access all the trucks features and retain steering wheel controls if at all possible. Any guidance is appreciated.

 

Issue has been resolved. I have a S20+ phone and started experiencing the problem with phone rebooting in safe mode when plugging into usb port to run android auto. It turns out there are issues with an update for google chrome and I had to uninstall all chrome updates.
