My apologies if this has been asked previously. New to the forum and have been trying to search the posts but the closest I have found is over 5 years old.

Here is my issue. I bought a Used 2016 F150 and I love it. However about 6 months later my wifi won't connect to my hotspot or my own home network, the USB connection stops recognizing my phone and if I try to tune to any FM stations they are all static. All I get is the "localest"(is that a word) of stations clear.

I took the truck to Ford and after a $300 bill to basically shove a usb thumbstick in and update the Sync system I am back to square one.

Has anyone had something similar or have a recommendation for replacent or repair???
