Sync Update 4.1.2 to 4.4

Sync Update 4.1.2 to 4.4
So I contacted the online chat help and they said that my Sync Version 4.1.2F was out of date, but yet the web-site says I'm up to date. They said there wasn't anything they could do without going to a dealer. Anyone able to point me in a direction where I can either, get it updated on the website and download to install, or provide me with the .zip file for 4.4 so I can update myself. I have a GEN 1 sync. 4.2" display.
