install time for Sync update

I have been installing this Sync update for over an hour now. Has anyone completed this and how long did it take? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I did the update a few weeks ago on my 2014 and it only took less than 10 minutes, maybe even less than 5 I really wasn't counting

The update on my 2014 took about 30 minutes. I let it run for 15 minutes, then started the install...which took about 10-15 minutes to complete.

Hi Cowboy77,

Most updates take about 20-30 minutes to install. Were you able to get it completed?

I just tried to update my 2014 (twice) and it sat stuck for almost 2 hours. Never took. And now all my controls don't work except the volume, the radio stays on an AM station and will not shut off until I shut off my truck, heat / cool seats will not work, and all my stations and navigation are gone. I've tried to reset the radio, removed and reinstalled the appropriate fuses, and disconnected the battery. Nothing will get it back. No idea what happened. Any advice?
