Sync Mytouch Issues
I just tried to update my 2014 (twice) and it sat stuck for almost 2 hours. Never took. It stays stuck on SyncMyRide\East-14F497-AE.zip. I followed the exact instructions from the Ford website (new thumb drive, formatted correctly, files downloaded, etc.), but it just will not work. And now all my controls don't work except the volume, the radio stays on an AM station and will not shut off until I shut off my truck, heat / cool seats will not work, and all my stations and navigation are gone, etc. I've tried to reset the radio, removed and reinstalled the appropriate fuses, and disconnected the battery. Nothing will get it back. No idea what happened. Any advice?
