Recently tried to play USB stick full of MPEG 4 Xmas tunes. Tried all kinds of manipulations to get it to play. Nothing. Did a search and a "master reset" seems to have done the trick for some others. I had a 2012 XLT where everything worked flawlessly, have not been as fortunate with my 2014 XLT. Before I have to sit and write down all my presets, etc., synch my phone, can someone tell me if I am barking up the wrong tree? Thanks for looking in. P.S., no navigation.

I know this is a month old thread....but thought I'd relay my experience. I have a '13 XLT with MyFord sync. I tried to play music off of one of my thumb drives. Come to find out...I had to reformat the thumb drive to a FAT32 system. Worked fine after that.
