Does any one know where the sync printed circuit board is located and how to get to it? My problem acts like a bad connection to or on the board. When the temp is cold out the audio system can not find the sync system.

 

What is the year / make / model? Some are located above the radio under the dash tray. Black box with a mini USB plug and a large cam-lock 54 pin connector.

 

The system is in a 2011 XLT F 150

 

Its below the tray at the top center of the dash. What is the problem you are experiencing? I have a hard time believing it is a bad connection - the connector design is very secure.
