This past week, I decided to use my SYNC services for the first time since Thanksgiving. I received a voice prompt that basically said, in order to continue using SYNC services, I would need to renew my subscription over the phone or at Sync My Ride. The voice prompt went on to say my SYNC subscription was good until Dec. 29, 2013.

Anyone else experience this after two years of service? So much for the complimentary three years of SYNC service.

I have only had my truck for 6 months, but I seem to remember that I was told I had to "renew" every year to maintain the services, even though they were free for 3 years. At least try to call or visit the web page and see if it can be re-established.
