I have the incredible 2, and my phone is capable of using the usb port since its not listed on the ford website, only the incredible be careful when reading the information to for those who has the incredible 2 it can be confusing at until the people at the phone company figure out incredible 2.1 means that 2.1 is the version for incredible 1 not the incredible 2

I believe the dealer used the 6 pin number. We did find the problem it was with my phone. My contacts were under t mobile and google. He changed the setting so everything gets saved to google and it is working great! And your right the Galaxy s does not support the text message.

No matter what they do it is not going to help. The lady I talked to said they are rolling out a new update at the end of the quarter to fix the problem.

Does anyone have experience with the F150 sync system and a Samsung Infuse phone on AT&T?

The only problem I had was sometimes the truck dropped the connection. I tried everything short of blowing it up. The call quality was ok but afternarket is the way to go. I haven't looked back

Working just fine for me Verizon Galaxy Nexus + 2012 FX4 Premium/Luxury. The Ford Sync Destinations is a little flaky but all the internet radio type apps work awesome with 4G.
