I try to go out there to oco as much as possible. It's getting harder and harder now with work being so slow and now with my new 3 month old, even harder. well I gonna be out there for the weekend after halloween if you would like to join us.. gonna be like 15 people and enough toys for us to have fun... hey you go often? if so how many times a year? and for how long do you usually stay?

Nate,
Thanks for the invite, I live in EL Centro courtisey of the US Navy we train out in that area a lot. Let me know when we get closer and we'll see if we can get together. I'm getting my Beautiful Bride ready for the Police Academy in January, and starting next week I'll be working a lot of weekends too. I understand the kid thing my wife and I have Two 8 and 3 years but all that said we can some times work stuff in.

I've got to say I was originally really excited when I heard about this truck, but now that I've seen them I'm finding it hard to love em. I wish they're return to the Lightning...I understand that's not what they were going for here, but I miss the L's.

I can't believe that they are actually considering building a SuperCrew Raptor...it's as senseless as the Jeep Unlimited!

Mr FreekyFX4,
Not at all Sir. Out here in the desert it will be just fine. We do A LOT of fast off road work and as long as a SuperCrew is set up correctly they rock. Is it ideal? No but if you have more that 1 friend (or no friends and a bunch of gear) 4 doors is the way to go. This is from someone that deals with this just about everyday. Your theory makes the H1 senseless too. Maybe 4 doors would suck for Muddin in Tennessee I dont know. I do know that what the Raptor is ment for I think 4 doors will be fine and make it a better all around truck to live with for most people I know it will for me.
