no offense to anyone but Ford is going the wrong direction with these interiors. WTF IS THE DEAL WITH ORANGE. I'm also not a fan of the dash. As of the Ford's 08+ fleet's, I'd only consider an 08 F250. The interior is very nice on the Lariat's.

 

Did you drive a fx4 and see if there was any power diff?

I drove an FX4 months ago. The raptor is a very different ride. The power appeared to be the same. I have been looking for a new ride for a while (cars and trucks) and nothing got me going till I drove the raptor. I think Ford has NAIL IT, this truck kicks. I drive alot with my work and worry about gas going back up on day. I am a 5.4 fan but if you need 400 hp the raptorX should put the F150 on top of everything else.

The interior of the Raptor reminds me of a Kia Soul's interior.

 

You can pick up one with the luxury package for about $38k

About the same a an Fx4 supercrew with Lux package. Although that is dealer invoice and dealers are more inclined to go below invoice on the Fx4 and go close to MSRP for he raptor

 

An FX4 with 3.73s is equal to a raptor with 4.10s on 35s. 10% more gear to offset the 10% more tire. besides the weight difference of a raptor being an extended cab it should feel about the same.

 

 

Ok everyone update. we got a white Raptor in last week and it blows the doors off the black one in the looks dept. This one you can actually see the graphics on the side and to me they look good. The interior is ALL black with leather and small amount of cloth on the seats. The center stack and console are a textured silver not like whats around the current AC vents but different, looks ten times better. I took pics but left my camera at work. We have a customer that is buying it and i am adding a ton of parts to it. i tried to sell him on the 20" KMC Addict wheels but i dont think he is going for it, we will see. He said he is def getting 20s (not sure which ones) with Toyo MTs 35x12s

Everyone is missing the point of this truck.

 

Well almost everyone who buys the truck will not use it for what its made for. Im ok with putting 20's on it as long as people dont go over board.

salfx4 - true theres not much around stafford but still its an off road truck and its just gonna turn into a show off street queen to most people.

most people who will by the raptor will probably never take it off road more than some grass for pics or what not.

just saw your in stafford what dealership is all this at? im from missouri city and will be in town this saturday and might have to come by and check them out. maybe a test drive hehe
