F-150 Spindle Lift

I am thinking of purchasing the 3.5" Fabtech Spindle lift for my 1999 Single Cab F-150. I am currently running 265/75R16 BFG All-terrains on my factory rims. My question is whether the spindle lift will work with my factory rims and aftermarket tires. If anyone can answer this question, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
