level and increase

I have a 2002 super cab.Can you use the 2" lowering shackle to level out the truck as well as using helper springs to increase my payload?I'm rated at 1825lb and want to get an additional 1000lb or ballpark increase?

Thanx
Dave

2" rear shackles will level out the truck. Helper springs, couldn't say.

i know you can use the 2in lowering shackles in the back and maintain stock towing and load compacity..... i believe helper springs would fit, because they are universal. and the spring and gront end of the suspension are the same. but i dont know for sure, and i dont know how much more compacity you would get..
check out my gallery for a pick of the stance with a 2in rear drop.. may be diffrent a bit because i have a 1in all around drop because the HD has SVT suspension.
