Regular Cab Bolt Locations

I'm taking my regular cab truck in later this week to get a PA 3" body lift installed and the shop told me that if they had to remove any after-market items from inside the cab of the truck to get to the cab bolts there would be an extra charge. I have a speaker box behind the bench seat, which I'm going to remove myself, but I also have an amplifier mounted underneath each seat. I was wondering where the cab bolts are located and if there are any underneath the seats? I would guess that they are located at the four corners of the cab and that my amps would be ok under the seats.

There are six in the back, and i think there are 4 in the cab, two behind the bench seat and two underneath the front carpet, and then there are two up front. I just did the PA lift and it turned out great! 285/75/16 BFG m/ts and the 3 inch are an awsome combo. I couldn't figure out the lift lips, so I will be making my own and sending the others back.
