Question Lift and tire question?

I am looking at investing in a 1997 Ford F-150 XLT regular cab, shortbed, and i am wondering about lifting it. I am curious, i want to lift it like a total of 7-9 inches. I would like to go with a 4" susension lift and a 3" body lift. Would i be able to fit 36" tires under that lift? Anyone have experience with this setup? What type of brand would you guys recommend for suspension lift? I've heard trailmaster is ok, rancho is really good and so is rcd, but i don't know to much about rcd. Thanks for all of the input!

You'll be able to fit 36's under that easily. I would go with the rancho 4" lift along with the 3" performance accessory body lift. That should give you what you want and the ruggedness that you may need. Hope that helps.

That's what I've got

klaibs27 described the lift that I have on my truck. The only difference is I'm only running 35" tires right now. I really like the lift on the truck. It gives it that extra something in the looks department.
