'03 F-150 Shock Tower Grommets Disintegrated!

I put my truck on the lift for it's annual oil change (I rarely drive it these days) and I noticed one of the shocks was loose. I found that the shock tower grommet on the drivers side had completely disintegrated, the other side looked fine. I had a set of Gabriel Ultras installed in 2015 at 101K miles. Maybe the guy who put them on re-used the original factory grommets. The truck now has 147K miles and the shocks appear to be just fine (no leaking oil). I am lucky if I put 3K miles a year on my truck these days.

Should I go for broke and install a new pair of shocks?
Install a new set of tower grommets...but where do I find the grommets? I see universal sets advertised on Amazon.

I think most people call them bushings not grommets

looks like you can buy them seperately
