Help Front Axle issue

I have a 2006 XLT superCrew 4X4. I was attempting to remove a broken dipstick tube that had fallen into the oil pan. Removed the parts necessary to get clearance to drop the oil pan. Instructions said to remove 15mm bolt on passenger side axle mount to allow axle to drop an inch for extra clearance. The bolt wouldn't budge so I used a braker bar and literally broke the bolt. The axle was able to drop but I am not able to find the parts needed to fix what broke.

1st the piece inside the mount point on the axle is still in there with the broken bolt Can I just remove that rubber piece and what would I be looking for in a part number to get a new one?

Thank you in advance. I was thinking I could just drill out the broken bolt but does the rubber need to be replaced now?

Go to your local Ford parts counter, show them your picture, and they can hook you up.
