It could be those or the leaf spring isolator pads.
Had a squeaky rear end on my '00 Dakota about 5+ years ago. I took it apart and there was nothing left in terms of the isolator pads. Replaced them, and the squeak was gone.
Tip: You can see if the squeak goes away if you spray WD40 or similar lubricant into the leaf springs. If it goes away, then you'll know it is the isolator pads. If it doesn't proceed to spraying the bushings. If the noise goes away then it is the bushings. If not, then it will be your struts. Process of elimination.
Good spray lube for rubber bushings that won't harm them is "Ru-Glyde" … now from NAPA, used to be at Gulf and Texago stations. It's sold in various sizes, gallon jug is how I buy and refill spray bottle. Great for mounting tires too, nice dressing as well.
