Zone advice??

Hey guys, I've never owned a truck with a lift before, let alone installed one. I was hoping I could get some advice. Any tips, hints,or do's and don'ts I should be aware of before I purchase my kit? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
I currently have 275/55/20 Nitto trail's right now,and probably will have to run them for awhile(damn near needed to move a mountain after telling wife the price of the lift, lol)

I had a zone kit on my 08. I didn't install it myself but i didn't have any problems with it after getting it. The shop that did it for me was all about zone. At the time i just watned a 6" lift and was going to go rough country because it was the cheapest. The guy swore up and down by zone so he knocked the price down to match rough country. To my understanding its the exact same lift as BDS but doesnt have a lifetime warrenty.
