Another 6" Lift Question - Wheels

Hi,

So I'm pretty sure I'm going with the rough country 6" lift but the kit said it can fit 35x75x17 with 4.5"-5" wheel backspace? Is this 4.5" for 17" wheel and 5" for 18" and up? I'm calling rough country Monday.

The real question, need to use stock wheels for now because after market wheel and tires are crazy price right now. My stock wheels are 6" backspace and was planning on running a set of HUBCENTRIC 1" or 1.5" wheel spacers till i get the money for the right wheels? Has anyone had problems doing this?

Note: I don't wheel this truck its only used on the street.

Thanks

Lift will work with a 5" backspace wheel. (Future)

Did a little more searching on Google and here and found a bunch of people running spacer,s so the 6" lift will go on Jan. 1st.

Thanks All.

It doesn't matter what diameter the wheels are. What size tires are on those factory wheels right now? A few people have said recently that they didn't need spacers for stock wheels, though I was always under the impression that they did. I'd put the lift on, see how it is, then go with spacers, which I am not a fan of. Good ones that won't have the studs snap off are $300+.

Wheel spacers

I hate spacers also but it's only for 6 months or till I get the money for wheels and tires. Plus I don't wheel the truck.
